Starting any business is a decision not to take lightly. First you need to ask yourself some questions and answer them honestly.
1. Do you have a complete comprehensive business plan?
2. Are you able to finance the venture yourself or will you need investors?
3. You say you want it to be a home business, do you have a place in your home to meet potential clients?
4.If you are married how does your spouse feel about this venture?
There are many more questions you will need to answer and people you will need to get involved in the business as; an accountant, an attorney, an insurance company, etc.
Aside from that, go for it. If your heart is in this business and you stay focused you can do it.
