What do i need to start a home based lingerie business?

I live in nsw, australia and want to start my own lingerie business from home, doing parties etc. But i thought i will start the business initially under my name to save on cost of registering a business name. But i need to know do i need a licence or permit, i’ve looked on the government websites but can’t find what i am looking for for my business. can anyone help me? thanks
