What are the best website making websites?

I’m not looking for anything professional, but what are some good website makers to choose from? (Links would help!)
Thanks to all who answer!

Web sites do not make web sites. People do. All it takes is a good web editor and hosting for your web pages. Some hosting is free and some you pay for. What you get depends on what you need or want to do with your site. Most free hosting sites are limited in what you can do.

That depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. If you just want to build a site without the requisite knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and possibly server side technology that is typically required for building a website, then I’d suggest a web builder.

I’ve used http://www.riderowned.com/ and they have an intuitive interface, with a drag and drop approach to site design. I’ve shown it to many people, and they’ve all found it easy to use and fast to deploy their site.

Web hosting: The recommended web hosts on http://buywebspacetoday.com/ provide very good services for affordable prices.

Web design: Try http://elance.com/ for hiring a web design company. Make sure to check out their portfolio first to see if you’ll work well together.
