Or is it a scam like all the others?
It’s just another affiliate marketing program. They are a dime a dozen and the people making money are the ones selling the affiliate system. It says free, but then has a purchase agreement and refund policy. I’m not sure how it’s free if you have to pay for it.

From the looks of it is is a ‘hum-job’. They’re out for your money ‘to get started’. Any job that requires you to spend money to get started is a scam.
If it were legitimate, they would ask for a resume and referrals. There would also be a common type of application to fill out.
